Client Testimonial from Jennifer & Sam
Hi, I'm Matthew Chapman.
I believe were designed to tackle the world’s greatest needs together, not alone. With 30 years of family experience in real estate and a background in the non-profit sector, I saw firsthand how funding challenges limit impact. That inspired a new vision for real estate—one that empowers clients to drive meaningful change.

This led to the launch of Chapman Homes, a Windermere real estate broker with a mission to pair premier service with purposeful giving. Thanks to our clients, proceeds from every commission go toward helping those in need.
Our Annual Giveaway is another way we give back— it's a way to say thank you and continue the tradition of supporting our local nonprofits. So, thank you for voting to help one of our non-profit partners win $10,000!

Real Escape from the Sex Trade
Special Project: Survivor Advisory Board
Mission: REST exists to expand pathways to freedom, safety, and hope in order to end sex trafficking.
REST provides safety, freedom, and hope for victims of sex trafficking, particularly within vulnerable communities often targeted by traffickers, such as BIPOC and LGBTQIA+
individuals. Through trauma-informed support, resources, and advocacy, REST empowers survivors to escape exploitation, rebuild their lives, and find safety, stability, and long-term healing.

How would you use the $10k?

To elevate survivor voices in the fight against sex trafficking, we want to establish a Survivor Advisory Board, empowering survivors to lead decisions on critical resources and strategies nationwide. Your support will directly fund training and education in public speaking, policy, legislation, and more—equipping survivors to become powerful advocates and changemakers across the US. This investment not only amplifies voices of lived experience, determined to end trafficking and bring hope to others, but it also positions them at the forefront of the movement for lasting impact in the fight for justice and freedom.

Olive Crest
Special Project: CPR + First Aid Certification & Equipment
Mission: Olive Crest is dedicated to preventing child abuse by strengthening, equipping, and restoring children and families in crisis... One Life at a Time.®

Olive Crest transforms the lives of children and families in crisis.

How would you use the $10k?

Safety is at the heart of everything we do. One way we ensure this is by providing families with critical training, like CPR and First Aid. Right now, we rely on external organizations for CPR training, but we have an exciting opportunity to bring this service in-house. With your vote, we can purchase the necessary equipment and certify three of our staff members to offer CPR training directly. Not only would this save costs, but it would also strengthen relationships with our families, volunteers, and staff—allowing us to make an even greater impact.

One Day's Wages
Special Project: Empowering the Batwa with Sustainable Water
Mission: One Day’s Wages exists to alleviate extreme poverty by investing in, amplifying, and coming alongside locally-led organizations in underserved communities.

We partner with grassroots organizations in underserved communities to alleviate extreme poverty by funding urgent needs like food, healthcare, clean water, and education. We prioritize communities facing challenges such as gender inequality, climate change, human
trafficking, and displacement, addressing the compounding issues that make poverty alleviation even more urgent.

How would you use the $10k?

One Day’s Wages is partnering with AIMPO, a nonprofit led by the Batwa community in Rwanda, to improve health and economic opportunities through a ceramic water filter cooperative. This initiative provides free water filters to Batwa families unable to afford clean water while creating income-generating opportunities for those producing, marketing, and selling filters. Leveraging the Batwa’s traditional expertise in ceramics, the project celebrates indigenous knowledge. In the first year, AIMPO will procure equipment and train participants in filter production, followed by capacity building and community outreach in years two and three. By the project’s end, the cooperative will be self-sustaining.

Mission: At Orphan Relief and Rescue, we work to overcome injustice in the areas of abuse, neglect, and trafficking for children in West Africa.

Orphan Relief and Rescue is non-profit dedicated to fighting abuse, neglect, and trafficking of children in
West Africa. We operate in rural villages where parents can traffic their children due to hunger. We've
successfully rescued hundreds from child labor, abuse, and early marriage by enrolling them in our school
and feeding program. We also support parents through our savings and loans program to help them start
businesses to provide for their families.

Help bring hope and freedom to 35 kids rescued from slavery in West Africa. A courageous mother-daughter duo rallied their community to save these children, but we need your support to welcome them into our anti-trafficking prevention program. With $10,000 in funding, we can ensure these children receive safety, education, and two meals a day. Additionally, we will invite their parents to join our Microfinance Program,
empowering them to start businesses to support their families. Cast your vote and be part of a life-changing mission rooted in compassion and justice. Join us in ending injustice and restore hope. Vote today and let's make a difference, one child at a time.
