Canyon Park is the largest shopping district in Bothell, WA. It’s centrally located near large grocery stores, restaurants, hotels, banks, medical centers, fitness gyms, and other businesses, making it convenient for residents to access everything they need.


The Canyon Park Business Center, the largest corporate entity in the city, houses some of the most renowned names in biotech, biomedical research and development, software, telecommunications, mobile technology, and financial services.

6. Norway Hill
